Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties

Damaged Items

- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging

Delivery Issues
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, KUROTECK is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier or your local delivery office if you experience delivery issues.
